I met Damian from this amazing company when he fixed a problem with my brand new gas fire place from another store. The install was shabby to say the least, and he was able to figure out why it suddenly stopped working. The other installer kept replacing parts and was not able to figure it out. Not only did he fix it on his first visit, he added more of the black glass rocks so they hid the gas jets and the fire then looked more aesthetically pleasing. Thank you Damian. I'll be a customer forever!
